  • Gratitude Journaling ~ Research has demonstrated the benefits of making a Gratitude List and/or Journaling about what you are grateful for. Benefits include better sleep, lower stress, improved interpersonal relationships, decreased materialism, enhanced generosity, & healthier eating habits (just to name a few!). Take the time in the morning, during the day, or evening to reflect on what you are grateful for.
